01 Error Codes
Display: All 7 cup size indicators flashing
Cause: Water tank empty
Solution:

1.Fill tank, press [Power] to restart.

2.If problem persists, contact support.

Display: E-3
Cause: NTC sensor short circuit
Solution:

1.Press [Power] to restart.

2.If problem persists, contact support.

Display: E-4
Cause: Boiler not heating
Solution:

1.Press [Power] to restart.

2.If problem persists, contact support.

Display: hot
Cause: Cold brew boiler overheated
Solution:

1.Press [Power] to release hot water until display shows 25°C.

2.If problem persists, contact support.

Note: Hearing a pressure release sound after operation or shutdown is normal.

02 Troubleshooting

Issue: No coffee
Cause: Water tank empty
Solution: Fill tank to Max line

Issue: No coffee
Cause: Incompatible capsule
Solution: Use NS/DG capsule

Issue: Coffee not hot enough
Cause: Machine not preheated
Solution: Brew a cup of hot water first

Issue: Coffee not hot enough
Cause: Scale buildup
Solution: Descale machine

Issue: Water at machine base
Cause: Water tank not installed properly
Solution: Check and install tank correctly

Issue: Water at machine base
Cause: Drip tray full
Solution: Empty drip tray

Issue: Lever not closing
Cause: Adapter not fully inserted
Solution: Insert adapter correctly

Issue: Lever too tight
Cause: No adapter installed during brewing
Solution:

1.Insert adapter and press lever down firmly.

2.Do not brew without adapter.

Issue: Lever stuck
Cause: Residual pressure or wrong capsule
Solution:

1.Let machine cool to release pressure.

2.Use NS/DG capsule.

3.Lift lever firmly after cooling.

Issue: Water flows back to tank
Cause: Insufficient water
Solution: Fill tank and check correct installation
