A: Extraction is too slow: The coffee grind is too fine. Please adjust to a coarser grind. No crema: The coffee grind is too coarse. Please adjust to a finer grind.

Q: Why is there no response by pressing Clean button?
A: Hold 3 seconds to enter descaling mode.

Q: Why the temperature of coffee is a little low?
A: About the coffee temperature setting (default 92°C): The temperature refers to the brewing temperature of the coffee grounds inside the filter basket under a certain pressure (e.g., 9 bar). When the pressure is too low and the flow rate too fast, heat will dissipate, resulting in lower coffee temperature. Additionally, if the portafilter and cup are not preheated, they will absorb heat, further reducing the final temperature.
To increase the final coffee temperature:

1. Preheat the portafilter and cup before extraction.

2. Adjust the coffee temperature: Press the setting button once to enter temperature setting mode, then press the "+" or "-" button to adjust the temperature.

Q: Why is there no response by press Steam button?
